Managing EEGer Cloud Files
Files uploaded to the EEGer Cloud will be automatically removed after 30 days. In certain circumstances, a user may want to remove files manually from the EEGer Cloud. Some common reasons include:
- The files uploaded were for an incorrect Client ID or sent to the incorrect EEGer system.
- A mistake or error is present with the uploaded file and needs to be replaced by a corrected file.
- An old file was uploaded by accident and needs to be removed.
- A new Home-User is using the system, and the Supervising Clinician wants to remove files for their previous Home-User.
- The file has been downloaded successfully and might cause confusion if present when downloading files at a later date.
EEGer files can be deleted using the same Clinical EEGer License that uploaded the files originally or another Clinical License that is a part of the same Dongle Group. To delete a file, follow the instructions below.
- Open EEGer and navigate to the appropriate menu depending on the type of file uploaded: - For Home Use files, navigate to Client>Home Use>Upload HU files to cloud from the top toolbar of EEGer’s main screen.
- For other files such as consultation exports, navigate to Utilities>Upload/download E-Files to/from cloud.

- In the window that appears, enter the Dongle Number that the files were uploaded for.
- Click Search to begin looking for files.
- A list of files will appear - if no files have been uploaded, or all files have been deleted, this window will appear blank.
- Click on the file to be deleted, or ctrl+click to select multiple files to be deleted.
- Once selected, click Delete on the right side of the window to delete the selected files.
- Close the file window to return to the EEGer Cloud utility, then click Done to return to EEGer’s main screen.
