I have nearly twenty years social work experience - most of it within mental health and addiction services. I entered private practice over six years ago with active serving Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members and Veterans as main population. I am experienced in developmental trauma, severe and chronic PTSD, moral injury as well as general mental health (anxiety/depression) and transitions (CAF to civilian upon release from CAF service)

I have a Masters degree in Social Work and am currently in full-time private practice. My background includes working with adults referred to the mental health and addiction team(s) within the public health service in Nova Scotia., , I am certified in EMDR, I am certified Safe and Sound Protocol, DBR (level three) and DBR-P application in process, DBR S2 trained
