I'm working with autistic and ADHD late-diagnosed adults as well as with people with Borderline Personality Disorder and Bipolar Disorder diagnosis. My work uses attachment and trauma as a lens but also as a field of intervention and it is regulation based. I also have special interest in trauma-invoked sleep disturbances. I offer individual sessions in a hybrid mode.
