Heather Baron
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy for adults in Pennsylvania. I believe all people have the potential to change and an innate ability to heal, but sometimes that system gets overwhelmed and stuck. Using brain-based therapies, I help clients access their nervous system’s natural way of processing both past memories and new information, which lets us address a variety of mental health symptoms, life and relationship patterns and personal growth goals. I primarily work with people who want to address trauma, complex trauma, anxiety or complicated or traumatic bereavement, as well as people who want therapy for general personal growth. My approach is relational and collaborative, attachment and strengths based and trauma focused. The primary therapies I use are Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Flash Technique and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), and I also integrate other theories and techniques, including ego state or "parts" work, somatic (body-based) interventions, yoga and meditation and creative arts, as appropriate for each individual client. Please contact me if you would like to know more!

Paolo Imbalzano
I provide specialist relational, trauma-informed psychotherapy, ILF neurofeedback, and clinical supervision for adults in Reading and online. I work with people experiencing trauma and complex trauma, anxiety, overwhelm, shutdown, dissociation, relationship difficulties, chronic stress, shame, self-criticism, fatigue, and persistent patterns that may not shift through insight alone. My approach is grounded in Relational Transactional Analysis and informed by attachment, trauma, and nervous-system-aware practice. Where appropriate, I integrate Deep Brain Reorienting, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, parts/ego state work, and ILF neurofeedback in a way that is thoughtful, collaborative, and carefully tailored to the individual. The work is formulation-led, paced with care, and oriented toward lasting change, especially where difficulties are complex, longstanding, or held not only in thought, but also in the body and nervous system.
