Request a Renewal

For compliance purposes, EEGer licenses renew on a regular basis. To request a renewal keyfile and extend the use of an EEGer license, please complete the form below with your information.

  • EEGer licenses renew on a regular basis. The software will show a warning on its main screen when a renewal is approaching, usually within 30 days. The renewal date will also be shown in the bottom left corner of EEGer’s main screen.

    When you notice an upcoming renewal, you can complete the form on this page to request an extension. Most requests take 1-2 business days to process. To ensure that there is no interruption to your access to EEGer, we recommend contacting us as soon as you see a warning within the software.

  • To meet compliance requirements, we are required to maintain up-to-date contact information for all users of the software, and to verify that only authorized users have access to the software.

    There are a few key reasons why this is important:

    • If a critical issue is found, we can reach out to inform you and to ensure that your use of the system is not interrupted.

    • If equipment is lost or stolen, you can notify us from a trusted email address or phone number.

    • Prevents others from claiming to be you to gain access to the license or confidential information about its owner, system, or account.

    • Prevents an unauthorized user from having indefinite access to the system in the name of the original owner.

    There are also a few indirect benefits associated with the renewal process:

    • We can only provide sales and support to verified users, so having recent contact information helps us process these inquiries more quickly.

    • Provides a regular check-in to report technical issues, inquire about updates, or see what’s new with EEGer.

    • Allows our community to share the successes they are finding with EEGer!

  • You can use this page to submit a request or contact us by phone or email.

    If any of the following information has changed, please inform us so we can collect new information and update what we have on file:

    • The Licensee’s legal name.

    • The Licensee’s primary contact information (phone number and/or email address).

    • The Licensee’s license information, or the license information of their Supervising Clinician.

    Once your request is received, we will update the information we have on file and begin processing the renewal.

    A new update file will be sent to you with instructions on how to install it to update your system. The process for installing an update file is simple, and even automatic on the latest versions of EEGer.

  • Each EEGer license has a unique 5-digit number associated with it. This helps us make sure that we are updating the correct system, and acts as a form of security. When you submit a renewal request or contact us for sales or support, you’ll need to provide this number.

    To locate the dongle number, check the tag attached to the EEGer Security Dongle. The EEGer Security Dongle is the green or black USB device that remains connected to the EEGer system while in use.

    If you have EEGer open, the dongle number also appears in the bottom-left corner of the software’s main screen. It will begin with the number 5 or the number 7 depending on the type of dongle you have.
