Work With Us!

We want there to be more good in the world. If you’re ready to bring your talents to make it happen, we’d love to meet you!

Hi!We are a small family business at the intersection of therapy, neuroscience, and technology committed to sustainable community health. Our focus is on both neurofeedback software and continuing education courses that support professionals and home-users working on therapeutic transformation. The mental-health clinicians we work with report inspiring outcomes with their clients, and we are convinced that our own health and balance requires working to make a positive impact in the world. Thus, we aim to cultivate a sustainable, vibrant, and even joyful workplace in an increasingly severe world. We are looking for someone to join our small team and work in a fully-remote environment that prioritizes disability, racial, gender, and economic justice. You may be a good fit if you:

  • Thrive in an asynchronous work environment, which includes setting priorities, staying on task, asking for help when necessary, and attending to details.

  • Are excited to learn on the fly, without a training manual.

  • Consider yourself responsive and attuned to group goals.

  • Have an ease with technology and engaged learning.

  • Are annoyed by the enshittification of everything.

  • Love to do cool stuff with a team.

  • Embrace conflicts with customers as opportunities.

  • Enjoy interactions with customers, solving problems, and have an enthusiasm about improving customer flow.

  • Have self-awareness with communication skills and emotional intelligence.

  • Value critical thinking and have courage in discussion.

  • Welcome feedback and the potential for self-improvement.

  • Consider long-term impacts and enjoy strategic planning.

  • Set goals and meet them/provide timelines.

  • Are enthusiastic about finding balance in complexity.

Our team is lean and we are necessarily focused on priorities: developing the online process to allow our customers to learn new skills and connect with our community. If you are a good fit, we will work with you to figure out where you can help and what your best assets are for the job. While not required, any of the following skills are welcome and can enhance our team:

  • Social media management and marketing

  • Graphic Design

  • Writing concise, inspiring copy and emails

  • Proficiency with online tools like Squarespace, Kajabi, Notion, and/or Stripe

  • Experience improving customer flow

  • Customer Service

In addition to a fully remote office, we consider 25-hours a week as full-time. After the provisional period (60 days), you qualify for full benefits: health, vision, dental, PTO, HSA, 401k, and more. The initial pay would be an hourly wage, commensurate with experience, starting between USD $23 and $27. I look forward to hearing from you!
