Sourcing Neurofeedback Equipment
A neurofeedback system has three main components:
A windows computer that meets the software’s minimum requirements.
A compatible EEG amplifier & electrodes.
A USB security dongle to access the software.
You may already have a computer that meets the minimum requirements, or be able to source one locally. We estimate $600-$800 for a computer that meets the requirements. Some disposable items like rubbing alcohol, cotton balls, and wipes will also need to be purchased separately. If you need a computer to use with neurofeedback, we can help with recommendations and making sure the one you choose will work with EEGer.
We offer both two-channel and four-channel neurofeedback bundles. Our equipment bundles include:
A high-quality EEG amplifier (two-channel or four-channel).
A full set of EEG electrodes.
Samples of conductive paste & prep gel.
A USB security dongle for accessing the software.
Technical support during setup, training, and three-months after starting.
If you already own neurofeedback equipment, there’s a good chance it will work with EEGer. We’re happy to review what you have & provide an estimate for the pieces you’ll need. The final equipment costs will vary depending on shipping fees and the specific model of EEG amplifier included.
The cost of equipment will vary depending on if you choose a two-channel or four-channel amplifier:
Two-Channel Equipment Bundle: $1225
Four-Channel Equipment Bundle: $1755
Software Access
We offer a few different options for accessing the EEGer software, with the most common option being the monthly subscription. We’ve heard feedback that the low monthly cost is easy to build into session fees at both new & established practices. The low cost also makes it convenient for adding additional systems as you begin seeing additional clients or bring on additional staff to run sessions. The outright purchase is typically preferred by larger institutions, or to simplify ongoing billing & long-term budgets.
Subscription Plan: $195 setup, $95/mo.
12-Month Payment Plan: $3850 setup, $325/mo.
36-Month Payment Plan: $1950 setup, $175/mo.
Outright (Single Payment): $7150, no monthly payments.
Regardless of which option you choose, all licenses include:
